As above if anybody has any ideas on how to get new members, then let us know and spread the word.

Best way is probably advertisement. Quite big bold stickers, try and get advertisement on other sites (car styling sites, site's for car parts etc.), once you get some paid members maybe get some cards made and send them within the membership packs, can't think of anything else atm.

Once the money starts coming in and if the site's a success I reckon it'll be best to change the domain to just japanoc.co.uk. I know you'll have to pay for it but it seem's more professional that way

You could get some flyers made. A member on coltuk, dooner, has started up a jap car forum for the Berkshire area. He's had some flyers made up with a few pics of jap cars and writing with the club address on it. That way whenever you go out and see a jap car parked up, you could just put it under the wiper Very Happy
